When I was a young boy in France one of my father's employee's husband was a chef and he was invited to our house to show us how to make Pate.

The Pate he made was Grillon and it became my favorite Pate, we came to North America when I was 10, my father passed away when I was 21, that was the last time I had Grillon. I occasionally searched for the recipe which wasn't easy without the web.
I am thrilled to have found it and anxious to make it, I didn't realize it was simple and that the meat is from Pork ribs.
